June 15-16, 2007 cuts:

Finally got Bryant down. Got down around 7. Trout hit early, with a nice 26” coming off weedless g in the back. We all stood there and watched the birds show us where to cast. The reds got in there thick later, with a never ending supply at your disposal. Good night of fishing, smoking cigars and telling stories over a cold…ahhh…12.

Turned a bit darker as we were leaving…walking to the truck to get the trailer, a SUV flips in front of me, ejecting Tommy into a tree, with his wife pinned. Many anxious moments later the pros arrive and stabilize, while care coptor landed on the road to take her away. We pray they are OK. Didn’t get to the last resort until after 3:30.

Next day somewhat non descript. Water did not pile out like Friday, so the fish did not light up nearly as well. Did catch some good ones, but not like Friday. Another good cuts trip though…
